DLH Partners, LLC formed in 2014. Our company is focused on asset acquisition and management of residential properties. Our operating regions include North Carolina and expanding to other states with stable housing markets and values.
Our Goal and Mission
Our goal is to find distressed real estate in the state of North Carolina where we can add value with long-lasting enhancements.
These homes will be attractively priced to future homeowners to allow us to achieve our mission of building “a better community, one home at a time.”

Lee Huffman – Managing Partner
Mr. Huffman is a Vice President of Finance for a mid-sized bank. His divisions at the bank are trusted with clients’ accounts holding over $6 billion in deposits and $2 billion in loans. Mr. Huffman strives to drive positive results to the bottom line by streamlining processes, holding colleagues accountable for increasing revenues, and keeping a watchful eye on expenses.
He has been investing in residential real estate since 2006, focusing on residential single family rentals. After 8 years’ experience owning rental properties in the North Carolina market, Mr. Huffman reached out to Mr. Lee to jointly develop a strategy that would build upon this experience to contribute to better communities on a larger scale.

David Lee – Managing Partner
Mr. Lee is an Los Angeles native. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton. Since graduating, he has over 20 years being involved with companies operating in Sales, Service, Marketing and Consulting.
Today, he works in the real estate and financial lending industry as a Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan Officer. He purchased his first real estate property in 2005 and it was just the beginning of his interests with real estate. He brings dynamic abilities to DLH Partners, LLC from strategic planning and management, clear vision and marketing prowess.
